Q: I
am unable to view the video?
A: Our website utilizes the
Windows Media Player software and all video formats are saved as an windows
media file. Download the latest version here.
We do not support a mac/apple version at this time.
Q: What
are zip files and how do I view them?
A: Our website packages the
original photos in a compressed zip file for faster downloading and to help
save space our our servers. Most computers come with a zip extractor
already loaded. If you are unable to unzip your photos click
here for a free version.
Q: My
virtual home is public and I prefer it to be private?
A: Our website originally
sets all homes to public to allow faster hassles free viewing for family and
friends. If you wish to have your home set as private, simply complete
our online request and the directory will
be removed from our public page.
Q: How
do I order digital prints from Walgreens?
A: Simply download your
photo zip file and upload the folder from our website using our Walgreens
photo interface. You must register with Walgreens to enable the
process and MyConcordiaHome does not store user information.
Q: Can
I add additional photos of my own?
A: Great idea! Simply email
us your photos in a zip file format including your name, address and
community name. We will gladly add your images to your profile free so
you can keep your family and friends up to date on things.
Q: Our
name is not listed?
A: Oops! You either
requested that your home tour be set to private or you did not allow us enough
to get your home online. Normal process time is 3 business day after
your initial walk thru.
